Our initial experience with Genotypic Technology for our gene expression analysis using Microarrays was positive. We were pleased with the level of professionalism and the diligence with which Genotypic Technology carried the analysis. We worked with Genotypic for gene expression profiling of three of our enzyme healthcare formulations. From the results provided by Genotypic we could quickly understand the mechanism of action of the formulations. The results were of high standard and acceptable to the medical community. The Microarray studies for the fourth and fifth formulations are currently underway.

Commander is one of the state-of-the-art software which is very reliable in analysis. The major highlight of the software is the time taken for processing samples. 1500 FAST 5 files can be base called within 4 to 5 hours. Another major highlight of commander in that 96 barcode can be analysed in 30 mins. The fast approach of the software has helped the division in screening 1000 samples in a very short span of time. Compared to any other sequence analysis software, commander is user friendly and reliable in processing large number of samples.
The commander software for NGS data pipeline analysis installed in our equipment is yielding good results and possesses excellent output in terms of data generation. I will recommend this pipeline to anyone seeking NGS analysis in their door steps.
